A hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) is often the most important step in the disability process. It’s your chance to tell your story directly to the person making the decision — and it’s where most claims are ultimately won.

I prepare every client thoroughly before their hearing. We’ll review your medical records together, discuss what questions to expect, and go over how to describe your limitations honestly and effectively.

Hearings in East Texas are typically held at the Office of Hearings Operations in Tyler. I’ve represented clients at hundreds of these hearings and understand how local ALJs evaluate cases.
