Free Consultation
Let’s talk about your case.
If you’re dealing with a disability and struggling to get the benefits you’ve earned, I’d like to hear your story. The consultation is free, there’s no obligation, and you’ll be speaking directly with me — not a receptionist, paralegal, or call center.
Call me at (903) 714-0641, email info@cheyenneallen.com, or fill out the form below and I’ll get back to you promptly.
Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship is established until a written fee agreement has been reviewed and signed by both parties. The information you provide will be used solely to evaluate whether I may be able to assist you and will be kept confidential.
What to Expect
What happens when you call.
During our first conversation, I’ll ask about your medical conditions, your work history, and where you are in the Social Security process. If you’ve already applied or been denied, I’ll want to know what happened and when.
I’ll give you an honest assessment of your situation — whether I think you have a strong case, what the next steps would be, and what you can realistically expect. If I don’t think I can help you, I’ll tell you that too, and point you in the right direction.
There’s no cost for this conversation and no pressure to hire me. It’s simply a chance to get clear answers from someone who has been doing this in East Texas for over twenty years.
What to Have Handy
Helpful to have, but not required.
If you have any of the following handy when we talk, it’ll help me evaluate your case faster. But don’t let a missing document stop you from calling — I can help you track down what we need.
- Any denial letters or notices from Social Security
- A list of your medical conditions, treatments, and current medications
- Names and addresses of your treating doctors and specialists
- A general idea of your work history over the past 5 years
- Any dates related to your application or appeal deadlines
Fee Transparency
What it costs: nothing unless we win.
I work on a contingency basis. That means there are no upfront fees, no retainers, and no hourly charges. My fee is set by federal law at 25% of your past-due benefits, with a cap of $9,200. Social Security pays my fee directly from your back pay — you never write me a check.
If we don’t win, you owe me nothing. I take that risk because I believe in the cases I accept.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Contacting this office by phone, email, or through the website contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship is formed until a written fee agreement has been reviewed and signed by both Cheyenne Allen and the prospective client.
Consultation for Evaluation Purposes
The free consultation is provided for the purpose of evaluating whether legal representation may be appropriate for your situation. Any information or opinions shared during the consultation are general in nature and do not constitute formal legal advice.
Confidentiality
Information shared during a consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, consistent with the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.
No Guarantee of Results
Every disability case is different. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. While Cheyenne Allen has over twenty years of experience representing Social Security Disability claimants, no attorney can guarantee that any particular claim will be approved.
Scope of Practice
Cheyenne Allen is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and limits her practice exclusively to Social Security Disability law. She does not provide legal advice or representation in other areas of law.
Fee Disclosure
Attorney fees for Social Security Disability representation are contingency-based and governed by federal law. The fee is 25% of past-due benefits awarded, subject to a maximum cap set by the Social Security Administration (currently $9,200). The fee is paid directly by the Social Security Administration from the client’s past-due benefits. If no benefits are awarded, no attorney fee is owed.
Ready to talk? The call is free.
Don’t navigate the Social Security system alone. Whether you’re filing for the first time or fighting a denial, I’ll give you an honest assessment of your case at no cost.
